Chicken breasts 2
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp (optional)
Garlic pods 2, crushed
Coriander leaves (cilantro) 1 cup, chopped
Freshly squeezed lime juice ½ cup
Olive oil 3 TBSP
Salt as needed
Clean and wash the chicken breasts well and set aside.
Make a marinade using the above ingredients in a zipper lock bag. Make silts on the chicken and place on the bag. Close and shake well for about 2-3 minutes. Keep this in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or overnight. After marination, using an electric grill, cook the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through. You can also pan fry the chicken if you don’t have a grill. Heat a frying at medium heat and simply place the chicken and cook thoroughly on both sides until brown and crisp (for about 15 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
